Simon G Evans is the Reform Deputy Leader of Lancashire County Council. He is the elected Councillor for Central Skelmersdale and serves as Cabinet Lead for Children and Families.
Simon has over 30 years’ experience working in the Children and Families sector, as well as in Community Safety, where he developed and implemented innovative practices. He joined Reform in 2022 and went on to lead the party’s work supporting victims of grooming gangs.

Simon is a strong advocate for freedom of speech and a committed champion for his constituents in Skelmersdale and West Lancashire.
